- I wanted to improve my speed, which I definitely achieved. I'm certainly nowhere close to being a pro, but I was at least able to speak at a respectable speed.
- As for pitch patterns, I improved also, but I am still far away from my goals. I probably could have gotten better had I practiced more.
Overall Reflection: Overall, considering I started from basically nothing I improved quite a lot in my Japanese pronunciation. I can speak much faster than I could at the beginning, and my overall pronunciation in terms of vowels and consonants now is pretty good. That being said, much work is still to be done regarding pitch pattern recognition and replication. Hopefully I will continue to improve in that department with time.
